Questions from partners
How much space is required?
The footprint depends on the number of tubs, access, circulation and the surrounding design. We review your proposed location before recommending a layout. A property-specific plan confirms dimensions and service access.
What connections and preparation are needed?
Power, water, drainage, equipment access and the supporting surface are reviewed with your facilities team. The technical schedule is confirmed for the selected equipment before installation.
Who operates and maintains the experience?
ICE RESET offers a managed operating format covering guest onboarding, agreed supervision, equipment care and routine maintenance. Staffing, service hours and escalation procedures are defined in the operating agreement.
Does the hotel need to provide staff?
Staffing is agreed around the operating format. We identify what ICE RESET manages and where your reception, facilities or guest-relations team needs to coordinate, before launch.
Can the installation be outdoors?
An outdoor location can be considered after reviewing shade, weather exposure, drainage, utilities and equipment suitability. The final placement also depends on the property’s requirements and applicable approvals.
Can the design match our property?
Yes. Materials, finishes, layout and branding are developed around your setting. The concepts shown are visualisations; the agreed design and equipment are documented for each project.
How does the commercial model work?
We consider operator-funded revenue-share partnerships and fixed-fee arrangements. Funding, site preparation, operating costs and revenue allocation are agreed individually. No standard return or launch date is promised before a property review.
