About the Founder
ICE RESET was created from a long-standing passion for sport, performance and recovery.
For many years, I have explored different training and recovery methods, learning how they influence the body, performance and the way people feel.
Over time, cold immersion became one of the practices that stood out to me most. I came to believe that the experience matters as much as the cold itself — how a person is introduced to it, guided through it and supported afterwards.
That belief became the foundation of ICE RESET.
We do not simply install cold plunges — we operate the complete guest experience.
Our team manages the entire journey, from preparation and guidance to immersion and the recovery afterwards, helping every guest feel comfortable, informed and supported from start to finish.
Our goal is to make cold immersion a natural, thoughtfully managed part of the hospitality experience.

Each operating plan brings together guest screening, contraindication awareness, clear onboarding, controlled immersion protocols, hygiene and maintenance.
Supervision, incident procedures, insurance and applicable compliance requirements are coordinated with the venue before launch. Cold immersion is not suitable for everyone; participation is subject to appropriate screening.
